Return & Exchange
BellaDepot strives to provide you the best shopping experience we can do. And such endeavor does include our careful consideration for item(s) return and exchange. We promise that every single item you purchased from our website will be in high quality, and be packed with care before shipment. However, issues may emerge due to the unpredictable situations in order processing and shipment, or maybe what you get is not what you want any more. When this happens, please contact our Customer Service for return, exchange, or refund of the item(s).
Note: Warranty period for items on our website is 30 days. Unless the item(s) is(are) damaged on arrival, or due to faults on our side, you will be responsible for the for the shipping cost of the return. The item(s) to be returned must be in the original condition and packaging, and within 14 days upon receipt. Item(s) assembled, modified or failed to come with the original packaging will not be taken as proper return.
- Please contact the Customer Service to provide your account information, details, and other information of the item(s) needed for return. Your request will soon be processed upon receipt.
- After the return request is accepted, please have the item(s) wrapped carefully before shipment. Such item(s) should be in original condition and packaging.
- Please keep the tracking number of the return and have it emailed to us so that we can trace the shipment. Refund will be made if return requirement is met within 3-5 business days upon the receipt of the item(s).
- Item Defective, Damaged or Parts Loss
- If the item(s) arrives defective, damaged, or with parts loss, please inform us by sending photos of the current situation of the item(s). Proper replacement of the item(s) or complementation of the part(s) will be made by shipping back upon the receipt of such evidences free of charge.
- You may refuse to accept the delivery when the package arrives significantly damaged, and inform us ASAP. And a new delivery of the same item(s) will be made upon the confirmation of such failure during the delivery.
If you don’t want any replacement or complementation of missed part(s) for item(s) you purchased from us, and insist on the refund. Such refund will be processed and made within 7 days upon the receipt of the item(s) you sent back to us. Such refund will be sent to the account for the original payment.
